Great book
This book is a must for every FFXIII fan. More pictures than words just like a magazine. The pages are also printed on high quality paper making it more worthwhile to get.
Not to mention every character and every eidolon is shown in detail.
Merchandise related to FF XIII is also shown in the book like a catalog!

I only wish it had come sooner
There is a pretty long tradition of preview books being released prior to new FFs in Japan, I have them for FFVII, FFX, and FFXII. Usually they come out at least a month before the game, so you have a good few weeks of pouring over them while you wait in eager anticipation for the game. They're always very eye catching and well made, and this FFXIII preview book is no exception. My only issue is that they didn't release it until only one week before the game, so there was no time to enjoy before the game. Getting it after the game felt a little pointless, but I've still managed to enjoy it... something to look at while, y'know... answering nature's call.

nice overview
the book is more like a visual book and an overview to the main aspects of the game nothing deep. its beautiful and a nice addition to the collection. worth it!
