For casual gamers like myself, this stick is enough to satisfy the craving for a good arcade stick without breaking the bank. The joystick and buttons are quite responsive; the button remapping is quite helpful, and the macro function is a charm especially on tight situations when you need to perform a complex move.
Worth every penny!!! This is my second fighting stick and i love it, it work's like a charm with my PS3.

Great as a first stick Recently bought two of these sticks, but i can tell you the build quality is excellent. Very happy with the 2 so far it has been great playing street fighter IV against my mates without worrying about who gets the best controllers, and as a bonus the item was shipped out and i received it within a few days!!!!
this stick is great as a cheap alternative to those "professional" models that do the exact same thing
Great purchase!!

Makes Fighters fun again. I have never managed to get a grasp on useing the ps controller for fighting games. I got this stick and it is awesome, it is actualy alot bigger than what the pictures let on and it has nice weight to it. If you have Tekken, SF4 or anyother fighter this stick has to be on your wish list!

Great fighting stick! Really, Really solid controller and at a great price was well worth it. It controls like a dream and the button layout is good.

Whoa!!!!!!! A friend of mine wanted me to buy him the fighting stick. When he gave me the money, I've orderd it on Monday and received it on Wednesday. When I got the stick, I've decided to test it out on my fighting games. I've tested this thing and this joystick was just amazing!!! The joystick is very accurate and the buttons respond perfectly. The only down side is that it's missing the L3 and R3 buttons which kind a stinks. Overall, this joystick is very awsome that you'll be having more fun with your fighting games collection. This fighting stick is good as the HORI Fighting Stick 2, believe me you defentley want to get this stick! For a fighting stick thats $29.90, the price was a steal!! Not to mention, the shipping was fast!

My first stick... ...and its great.
Only used it on my PS2 so far, but it works great. I can easily pull off moves I thought was hard with a regular controller. If you have never used an arcade stick before, but want to get more out of your fighting games, this is a great buy. The price is low and its worth it.

Great for Beginners I bought this stick quite a while ago from Play-Asia and it came within a few days!
Buttons were a little stiff at the beginning but within an hour or so it was playing just like the arcade ones!
The ball on the joystick can come off quite easy i found, but screwing it on tighter or maybe even glue should help.
If youre looking for a cheap fighting stick then you can go wrong with this. Ive tried it on PS3, PS2 and PC and it played perfect.
Thanks Play-Asia!

Top value For like $35 , you cant go wrong. I looked at the other arcade sticks, but they were so much (like $100+) I thought this to be way to much to spend on something I'd use only for a few games.
I used it with PS3 and my PC running MAME. Works great for both.

Great for modding You shouldn't expect to get an arcade controller with good parts for $30, and sure enough the buttons are bad and the joystick is total garbage.
However, this is an excellent stick for modding (IMO the only reason to order one). The button holes are a little smaller than 30mm, but a rotary tool can easily increase the size to accommodate 30mm snap-in push buttons.
The case has screw holes on the inside for the joystick, which can be used unmodified with a Sanwa JLF and some 1.25 inch screws, no mounting plate necessary.
The PCB is clean and easy to work with, however the 2009 revision does NOT have a common ground for the joystick. Four jumpers connect the four joystick wire pairs to the PCB, and can be easily dis/reconnected. If you plan on installing a common ground joystick (such as many Sanwa JLF models), you'll need to sever the common ground and solder the joystick wires directly to the microswitches.

Solid stick good stick for a good price. not the greatest, but for someone new to sticks this will help you decide if you want to use a stick for your fighters or stick to a game pad.

Great for modding, just enough for beginners The initial stick is not great, but it gets the job done if you´re not an experienced stick user. The buttons work perfectly during normal use. But for the advanced user the thing you're interested in is the frame and the PCI-card. The frame has just the right size, and the metal bottom gives it just the right weight, without making it too heavy. The PCI-card is simple and easy to modify, even for first time modders.
If you are a first time stick user, this works for you. If you are looking for a suitable stick to modify, then this one works just fine too =)

The clicking issue is something that'll either bother you or not. Didn't bother me at all.
Play-asia delivered it in 4 working days (when I was expecting it at 1 week). Props to them for the excellent service
