D.N.Angel Original Sountrack I Most of the songs presented by an orchestral team of fifteen, giving the album a warm and personal feel of a mini concerto happening right in your own home. The lighter songs are cheerul enough to want to do a silly dance to if you feel like it, while the darker ones will largely keep you strapped to your seat as you are immersed into the mood of the moment. The opening and ending themes are wonderful respites. Specially written for the anime and sung by Miyamoto Junichi, "Byakuya ~ True Light ~" is a song you'll never forget. Cold yet intense and engaging at the same time, the way the lyrics are arranged to enhance the theme of light and darkness in D.N.Angel will set you in the right mood for hourse to come. Standing in sharp contrast is the ending theme, chosen perhaps for it's sunny nature. What better way to end a good show then with a happy sign-off? It is also exciting to note that two more vocal songs, sung by Okiayu Ryuutarou (Dark) and Kusao Tsuyoshi (Krad), have been inserted into the album. It looks like the eternal battle of light and darkness has graced the sound waves as well. Will Dark make your heart beat faster or will Krad bring you a new level of joy?
