任天堂DS専用ゲームソフトとしてスクウェア・エニックスから2009年夏に発売する「サガ2秘宝伝説 GODDESS OF DESTINY」のBGMを収録したオリジナル・サウンドトラック。ゲームは1990年にゲームボーイ用ソフトとして発売された原作「サ・ガ2秘宝伝説」の完全リメイク作品として、老若男女問わず、多くのユーザーから注目を集める作品。音楽はゲーム音楽家として著名な植松伸夫氏と伊藤賢治氏の2名が担当する。リメイク版用に新規に書き下ろされた新曲も収録。
