A game for all Gundam Seed Destiny fans. The arcade style play and controls are well thought out and simple to understand, yet challenging to master. Two player co-op or versus play is possible and the choice of Mobile Suits and Gundams from the GSD is remarkable.
The unique Seed activation and the 3 Seed modes provide a unique twist to the game's combat. The difficulty may be the game's only major fault, as the AI can be brutal at times. Careful mastery of the controls and a bit of patience will be your greatest allies in both versus, single, and co-operative play. A must have for any Gundam Seed Destiny or Gundam fan.

Very Solid Game!
The gundam vs series are really solid games, and the Seed Destiny entry is one of the best. Has just about every mobile suit etc from Seed and Seed Destiny. The game has a simple control layout of 4 buttons and plays very smooth. Highly recommend this game for PS2.

SEED fans will appreciate it
In a personal level I can't help but compare it to the Another Century's Episode (ACE) series. ACE is better IMO. I would recommended for all Gundam fans unless you loath SEED Destiny.

A Good Game
This is a good game and the combat plays out like the episodes but unforunately no game can come close to Another Century's Episode 2 and 3.

Favorite PS2 Game!
I first played this in the arcades in Tokyo. Let me tell you that the PS2 version has more features aside from unfortunately lacking 2 vs. 2 support. The latter point is the only fault in this game for me. It's great to go through co-op with a friend, to experience the story in PLUS mode, to experiment with Gundams, to master your favorite... it's just a deep game with a simple interface. Each Gundam has a different feel and moveset. I actually BECAME a Gundam Seed fan after this game. Absolutely recommended - the first reason that I got a Japanese PS2.
