Sakura Wars is a Strategy RPG that features a unique sim-based story system. An in-depth storyline exists, much like in any other RPG; however, the player's destiny in the game is not predetermined. Nice RPG
If you want a quality JRPG, buy this game.
Strong character development (of course that means a lot of dialog).
But the real action in this game is cool and you can replay for new endings.

The new designed Lips system is now more interesting than ever,but its not perfect...
Battles are cool,and with good and nice graphic...at least for PS2...as for whether to get it on PS2 or Wii...hmm,thats a good question.
