Radilgy is set into a toon shaded world in the near future and implies a number of new elements such as advice given during play and other.
Three kind of shooting types are available, including "wide shot" and "1-2-3 laser". A shield can be used in near-death situations protecting yourself from enemy shots as well as destroying approaching enemies.

Speaks for itself
other than being fairly rare due to it being a posthumous release, the game itself is quite good.
I like the fact that it lets you choose the button configuration because the "swipe" really isn't comfortable using the default settings (i like having it on the x button).
music is another plus.
a good release from Milestone.
get it when you can.

play it more smoothly.
In ps2 version ,It normally lack when the large number of aircraft appear in the screen simutulnously.
Meanwhile,you would'nt notice that such annoying things in dreamcast version , being better on demonstate many feather at the same time due to more ram fixed in the hardware.

Decidely Average...
I take pride in playing all of my DC shooters in their full 32" TATE glory and was overjoyed when another was announced to be released for the ill fated noisy white box.
Radilgy looks ok, plays ok and is basically just an ok shooter, The novelty graphics soon wear off and the levels are all very similar to each other. The ship handles responsively enough but it just doesn't get the heart racing. I'll crack this out every now and then but will stick to psyvariar and underdefeat.

Not worth the money
If you've played the Dreamcast version, you will notice the pace and speed of the game. Take that, and reduce it by half, and you have the PS2 version. The game is exactly the same as the Dreamcast version and doesn't offer anything new, but if you don't have a Dreamcast and you're interested in an easy shooting game, you may want to try this out. The slowdown actually helps through the bullet patterns but unfortunately doesn't feel like the real experience.
