Good movie
I saw this movie in a small thearter in the US. It was a very good movie if you liked martial arts and gorgeus landscapes and costumes. The story was also very interesting. I took my girlfriend to see it and she was at first skeptical, but now she really likes it.

better than Hero and all other kung-fu flicks
This movie has some really nice scenes. The experience might have been enhanced if I had a plasma tv to watch this with.

I was surprised by how Jang Dong Gun and the other japanese actor could speak Chinese so well.

The Promise
Beautiful colouring; action and plot were wonderful. I enjoyed this film greatly. Plenty of little plot twists, delightful characters, sweet music.
