Agent 999 (Norman Tsui) travels to a remote island in pursuit of a bandit called Rolex (Melvin Wong) together with a thief. Upon their arrivals, they meet up with the chief of police (Eddy Ko) and soon notice that the locals of the village are all merciless cannibals.
