Best plataformer on the Wii
There are several plataformers on the Wii console, but this is by far the best of them, even better than New Super Mario Bros. Wii, wich is ver easy.

Platformer of this generation...almost.
This is an incredible re-imagining of Donkey Kong Country.

My only gripe is that some of the controls are a bit awkward and take a while to get used to...if you ever do.

Best Platformer I Ever Played
This game is not only one of the best on Wii. It's the best Platformer ever.

PROS: DK is back. The 2D levels are perfectly designed. Now you can play cooperative with another player simultaneously (this was impossible on previous DK titles).

CONS: In some stages, it's really frustrating trying to beat it in 2 player mode due to timing. The second player has to resign and stay safely at DK's back until the first player finds a safe zone - if there is one.

Great game!
Like the old classic, this game has the same fun feel and play style but adds new moves along with better graphics. This is a good game to play with a friend or girlfriend!

This is really time machine

An awesome game that revives the spirit of donkey kong country.
as the title has stated, it goes back to the roots of donkey kong country. it is definitely a good thing, since the franchise was loved by most gamers. this game is very challenging and fun. another must for wii

A Classic Made Way Better
Donkey Kong Country Returns is a welcome return for many fans of this classic title back in the SNES days. It has remained one of the most played after games even till now. This new game of the classic title has gone up a notch in every department, from graphics, animation, levels, gameplay etc. If you like old school platforming games with varieties, this will be it as the game offers enough challenge yet providing an enjoyable experience. Added fun when playing in 2 players mode. Overall, this is an excellent game.
