The trend of HD movie massively increased since HD DVD and Blu Ray penetrated into the market. With the capability to deliver high definition up to 1080p and higher capacity Blu Ray won the competition over HD DVD.

Now you can see Gundam animation at higher resolution delivered by Blu Ray disc on your PS3 or your BD player. I choose this edition because it's special edition, nothing more. You can't called yourself a Gundam fans if you don't have this edition in your collections.
