Great Game!
This game is a great and successful sequel of the Tales of Symphonia. Like expected, the graphic is well done, the gameplay is so much better but the World Map isn't like it used to be. That's why I find it the only negative thing about this game and that is the new World Map. Other than that, It's a fantastic game!

description
Tales of Symphonia: Knight of Ratatosk is the continuation of Tales of Symphonia from the Game Cube era. Due to Loyd's and Collette's efforts, the land has merged and this led to a change in climate and natural environment. Aside from the environmental disturbances, the social gaps between the former continents Silverland and Teseara are getting wider.
Since Teseara is prosperous and technically advanced, its residents has always been looking down on Silverland. Being unfairly treated, the Silverlands blame Teseara, Loyd and Collette for their misfortunes. Skirmishes and violence become increasingly intense and eventually leads to the blood bath of Panacosta where large numbers of innocents die.
The sequel to the popular RPG features both old and new heroes and wraps up the lose ends from the previous game. Prove to the people that creatures of different races can live together in peace, this much awaited game features a battle system which allows you to make allies out of beasts and monsters.

Enjoyable game
Though this game may have some graphical and audio glitches, the fun outshines it.

The Worst 3D Tales Game Ever Made.
Basically if you're a fan of Tales of Symphonia, you'l notice within moments of starting the game that this was made on a very small budget, and does its job in a limited way.
Basically this takes place after the events of Tales of Symphonia, and disgards all the main characters and introduces two new ones, Emil and Marta as the protagonists, and some random antagonists you get to know during the game.
Problem here being, the previous games characters are all but useless, Lloyd, Genis, Collette etc, you can't really do anything with them, they join and leave your party and will, you can't change their equipment, they're like there to make fans of the previous games happy.
The graphics are a major downgrade compared to Tales of Symphonia, gone is that quirky style that made the Gamecube game so pleasing on the eye, what we get is a generic 3D JRPG graphic set.
The story is on the weak side, all things considered, if you've played more than 1 Tales game you may enjoy, if you've played better(Tales of Vesperia, Abyss, Legendia, Symphonia, Grades, Radiant Mythology, Phantasia, Eternia etc) Its pretty bad.
The Hi-Ougis(Special attacks) are pretty poor, like they were made on a shoe string time table, compare these with say Vesperias, or Graces and you'l see.
All in all I would call this the worst 3D tales game ever made, and to top it off, it wasn't made by the same people that did Symphonia(On Gamecube) it was a different studio within Namco as they were doing Vesperia at the time.

Great JRPG
The Wii is rather lacking in the JRPG department and that's what makes this game so valuable. A great sequel to Tales of Symphonia, it has great graphics and a captivating storyline but seems lacking in the combat system.
