Great longevity
I have had this game for about five months. And except for two weeks for my honeymoon, I use it everyday. I did lose weight on it but then went on a cruise. It is challenging, with fun music, it makes you sweat. It is fast paced. A beef I have about all aerobic programs, videos, classes etc... is that the scenery is boring, the music is dull and the movements repetitive. Using the personal trainer, the programs always change from a range of exercises, though you may repeat the same section once a workout. There are fun scenaries from Venice Beach, to the Pyramids. And it really makes you sweat where other fitness games do not. If you aren't looking to sweat, don't buy this game. But if you want to improve your fitness without getting bored, buy this game.
