more surgeries
incorporates co-op play & now you're working on the different virus. i do not own the first trauma center on the wii (have played both DS versions). good game but more of the same. hopefully Trauma Team (in 2010) will be a refreshing take on the series. still think the DS controls are better that the wii. surgery with the wii remote really requires steady hands.

More of the same
Although the game does offer cooperative there is not alot to distinguish it from the previous game. Still not a bad game

Bland
New Blood should have been every bit as good as Second Opinion and more, but I found it to be rather boring. Sure, co-op is fun and if you never play it by yourself it's probably a lot more fun. However as a single player game it felt like a step backwards from Second Opinion. The story here is a complete joke, not that the original was a masterpiece but I least found it compelling enough to pay attention. Also the gameplay is completely unchanged from Second Opinion. This isn't a bad thing it just means the only new thing is the operations, and I found all the strains of the new virus less interesting than the original GUILT. If you truly love Trauma Center then I suppose I could recommend it, but otherwise there's no reason. If you've never played Trauma Center, just get the original Second Opinion.

Great Sequel
Another great sequel from trauma center series, same gameplay with second opinion but this time you can play co-op and submit your high score online.

Really a must have for doctor simulation game lover!
