Wii Fit Plus is here to take care of all your exercise needs, simply choose a fitness program, step on the balance board and you are ready to go. You don't even have to pay extra to have your program personalized, the Wii trainer would do all of that for you without the hassle.
There are 21 new exercises for all your muscles, including yoga, cycling and snow ball fights. To check your progress, you can have the game calculate the amount of calories you spent.
You can do simple health checks on babies or pets by registering them on the system. Put them on the weighing scale every day and monitor their growth.

Great Game
I'd played the Wii Fit U.S. edition with my sister's family and mom. I unlocked the island course, but think that I almost died, just unlocking it! hahaha
Also, my COB is a little off. Great exercise course, too!

Entertaining yet a decent enough workout!
This is a great excuse to get off the couch and move your body. Whether you are a fitness freak who really wants to shape up or just someone who hates the gym and wants to be a little more active I think this game is a good all rounder. The games are fun and surprisingly you feel like you had a bit of workout. There is a calorie counter which tells you how many calories you burned and a constant monitor of your progress. This is a great stocking filler but bear in mind you need the Wii balance board for a lot of the games.
