Nice RPG
If you want a quality JRPG, buy this game.
Strong character development (of course that means a lot of dialog).
But the real action in this game is cool and you can replay for new endings.

Sakura Wars: So Long, My Love
The new designed Lips system is now more interesting than ever,but its not perfect...
Battles are cool,and with good and nice graphic...at least for PS2...as for whether to get it on PS2 or Wii...hmm,thats a good question.

You will feel like your a watching a anime.
Extremely fun SRPG with no annoying grinding. I have only watched the old Sakura wars anime and never played any of the previous games this is my first sakura wars game. This game captures the feel of the OVAs perfectly. I actually felt like I was watching a anime when playing this game. I really like the cast in this game and the story is good too. If you are getting the ps2 version than play the Japanese audio with English subtitle disc. Avoid the eng dubs after I finished the game I checked out YouTube for the other endings and I was blown away how bad the English dubs are. Listening to Rika English dubs ...... No word can describe how bad it was. Other than that it's a great game highly recommend it.

Worthy
I have played every game in the Sakura War series and found that this English version lives up to the franchise.
Although the English voice need some getting used to for those who enjoy the original Japanese voice. But most of the voice over are spot-on and rarely grinds on your ear.
The LIPS feature has been upgraded and it has become more fun to play. Definitely a plus point.
Combat is pretty much the same has Sakura Wars 3 but the new aerial combat is a sweet addition and player will probably have a tough time with the first aerial combat until they get used to the idea and controls.
I have played every game in the Sakura War series and found that this English version lives up to the franchise.
