WOW!
Anyone who is a fan of the series or enjoys a good action/fighting game should get this game, otherwise, you'll be seriously missing out! This game is a great one player game, but also gives players the oppurtunity to fight eachother in two player mode, customizing their boxes and rings, and doing everything they can to defeat their opponent! Reccommended for any anime fan or fan of the original series!

Fantastic!!! The BEST!
This game is much better than the other two Hitman Reborn games that have been released for the PS2! Some of the best graphics I've seen for a PS2 anime/manga title! The game is very realistic to the anime, in which, rather than just being able to have an infinite amount of attacks without becoming temporarily exhausted, you have an attack gauge. If you use too much energy, you will become too tired to move, and will have to roll the L analog stick to gather enough energy to move again, in which the time that you remain paralyzed all depends on your ability to roll the analogs faster. During the battle mode of the game you are able to use boxes using your flame, and are able to choose the boxes you want to use for any and every character! Not only this, but you are also able to choose mafia rings to go along with your boxes. With both of these, and no restrictions, there are dozens of combinations of abilities, boxes, and rings you are permitted to exploit! You are also given the choice to not use any boxes or rings. Boxes and rings are able to be obtained through beating all story modes. Each character, even without boxes or rings, has their own special attacks and abilities, of which are determined by the range between two oponents. There is short, medium, and long range attacks, and each is entirely distinguished from each other. Short range attacks consist normally of combos of punches, kicks, slicing, etc, while medium is sort of mini-specials and and long range attacks can be considered as specials. To top it off, the characters have their own unique ultimate attacks which can be used through long range attacks. After obtaining a long range distance between you and your opponent, you are able to execute a special, of which varies with each character. For instance, Tsuna is able to do his Zero Point Breakthrough Custom, and his X-Burner, in which he is able to blow an opponent away or completely engulf the opponent in shards of thick ice! This also allows him to freeze the flames and so the technqiues of many of his opponents as well, if executed properly. This game truly has many options and benefits to offer players through its astounding, fast-paced, but clear and unsketchy gameplay, and I hope their will be a sequel that will offer more playable characters such as future Yamamoto and future Gokudera to go along with the future Lambo, the First Vongola, and other future characters that are playable in this game.
