Participate in a dogfight with remote control robots. Relive, in the 3D world, all the exciting moments in of any of your favourite mecha shows. Silverlit has released a set of two robots, lend your friend a remote and challenge him or her to an air fight.
There is a beam installed in the chest of the robot, so you don't just have to crash them against each other primitively, you can shoot your oppponents down. To make your fight truly cinematic the robots play background music when activated.
Fun while it lasted Great concept and really fun to fly, however these "toys" have a design fault that causes them to fail with only a few flights.
Basically, not worth the money. If I had bought it locally, I would have taken it back to the store for a full refund.
The documented blade alignment process, even when followed to the letter, over stresses the gears, which makes them fail.
Poor support and the inability for play-asia and silverlit direct, to help is the biggest disappointment of all.
If you think you can get spares, think again. Silverlit do not believe these are user serviceable, so have no spare parts to provide.
