RPG Revival
I bought this for a friend, and ended up buying my own copy. It plays like Diablo-meets-Wizardry-meets-Zelda but with a Tomb Raider 3rd-person perspective, the real-time combat was done correctly and it's a pleasure to play. For any old-school RPG fan, this is a revival of the genre, I haven't been this hooked in years.

Insane!
This game is absolutely INCREDIBLE! One of the best RPG's for this gen of gaming. If you like the RPG genre or like a real challenge in your games then this is for you. You will not be disappointed.

Very frustrating but still fantastic....
I really enjoy this game, but it should be noted that its a challenge. If you are willing to spend a lot of time learning tactics and taking your time to explore and learn the combat tactics and such then this is the game for you. While not free roaming there is tons to see and it's an awesome fantasy RPG setting. If you are looking for a good game to pickup between BIG releases then you should buy this as its a must have for any collection, but remember its a REAL challenge!

Excellent Game
The game is extremely hard, but not in a cheap way. If you die then you did because you made a mistake (either you are not using the right strategy or you are taking on an enemy who is too strong for you right now).
The guide that comes with this edition is very handy to help with getting items, crafting, and how you would best like to spend your souls. Very handy to have right with you while you play. Warning: the ink on the cover of the guide rubs off if you have sweaty hands.

This is a great RPG game. Hard but well worth the play.
