That's how a RPG should be
I've played more than 7 hours of Demon's Souls, and indeed it is one of the most anticipated titles of this year. If you have a PS3, this is a mandatory title for your game library. The medieval ambience is perfect, and you are capable to build your character class, skills and tendency as you see fit. The soundtrack showcases classical, melancholic and beautifully crafted songs which fits perfectly the game's purpose. The guidebook also explains everything you need to know in order fully master the secrets and ruler of the world of Demon's Souls. All of this for a fair price, it is worthy every cent. I should expect no less of Atlus, also responsible for the Shin Megami Tensei & Persona franchises.

Atmospheric, sadistically challenging, but ultimately satisfying as hell. That's how I would sum this game up.
Don't be turn off by it's reputation for being a hard game. It's hard. No question. But,the game developers did not create this game to be hard just for the sake of being hard. Instead, it rewards calculated gameplay, you've got to think and plan your approach throughout the entire game.
And once you've completed even a single level, you can pat yourself on your back cause you deserve it, and the feeling of satisfaction is unrivaled. No other game gives you this much satisfaction.
So go out and buy it if you call yourself a gamer.

Extremely hard and rewarding game..
arrived approximately 1 month using the free posting..
comes with the artbook and OST CD.. item received in good condition altho the package box is kinda squashed.

You have a heart of gold
this game is a great experience, taking you back to those hard unforgiving games that, although it can frustrate, it is also very rewarding.
in the vein of monster hunter, epic boss battles, weapon trees, and tones of enemies to rip through.
made even sweeter, with the beautiful soundtrack, artbook and the essential guide book.
