KOF XII USB Stick
This is a nice fightstick. Nothing extraordinary but quite serviceable. Essentially, this a replacement NeoGeo stick. As such, the stick works perfectly with SNK-style, four primary buttons fighting games. However, it is not quite as effective with six-button (i.e., Capcom-style) games (especially those that require 3x buttom pushes). But the buttons and joystick are nicely responsive.
The design of the stick itself is very nice. It is a bit small for my taste but as a NeoGeo stick the size makes sense. However, I would like it to have a bit more weight and bulk. I think that would make it more comfortable in one's lap. The stick does have a home button but it is not well marked and doesn't look like the home buttons on most other sticks. Finally, I would have liked to have seen the stick have a longer cord and a cord compartment.
Lastly, the art for the stick and the packinging is quite nice but a little plain. The art of the box is beautiful and ornate. The stick's art is a little dull (only a few characters and not background). However, in both cases I love the KOF XII/XIII art-style and it is well represented here. Of course, the 15th anniversary branding is a nice touch.
Overall, a good fighting stick and a nice representation of the old-school NeoGeo sticks. Could be a bit ornate but is responsive and seems sturdy. Definitely 4/5 stars.

Disapointing
I bought it expecting to play my PS2 games on my PS3 with it, but it only works for PS3 games. doesn't even have a home button

Nice stick
Has 6 Buttons, great for replacing that old Namco stick that has aged over 10 years. Unlike the Namco stick however, it plugs into a USB port, and like it, it's only good for fighting games.

for SNK fans
It's just a Neo Geo Stick for your PS3. Nothing more, nothing less.

It's a Neo Geo stick.
I really like the light weight and layout of the Neo Geo stick. It isn't the best quality stick, and the button placement is designed for 4-button fighters, so it's not so great for 6-button games. It could work, but the trigger-buttons on the sides of the main buttons feel like they were made of stone.
If you like 4-button games, or perhaps you just miss the good old Neo Geo Stick, i'd say this is a good buy.
