PS3 Bluray Remote
I was hoping for something a bit more stylish to match the decor for the PS3, but this remote is merely functional. It does all it needs to be a bluray remote. It could do with a more ergonomic design update though.

More useful than I imagined
I bought the remote mainly because I watch many blu-rays on my PS3. It's certainly more convenient to use compared to the gamepad which requires two handed operation to rewind, fast forward etc. With the remote, everything falls into place with no re-programming of the brain needed. A bonus is that because the remote is recognised as a controller, many possibilities are possible in usage, like navigating the PS store, pictures, music and possibly even games!

Ok for PS3
Use it for both my PS3 SLim and Fat .No problem.only problem need to re sync when u switch over from ps3 fat to slim and vice versa.

A must have for Blu-ray movie fans
For those who are watching their Blu-ray movies on the PS3, this remote is a must have accessories. Navigating the menus with this remote is much better and less awkward with this remote compared to the PS3 controller.

Needs a new model.
I prefer the XBOX 360 universal remote, it lights up when you press a button, surely sony could have added this, not to mention the shape, the 360 remotes are nice and round comfy in one hand, but this one you need it to sit flat in fingers then claw your thumb right across. over priced but if you watch movies its something you will have to consider. Quality of the build is good, that's about it.
