Welcome to this week's Games Update, our weekly summary featuring all new product arrivals from the last seven days. This is one busy week! Batman is taking you to the depths of the
Arkham Asylum, Samus will guide you through her
Metroid Prime Collection and
Professor Layton is taking you through a murder mystery.

Let's go to the
Asylum first, as we need a well rested mind and all our wits with us. Confront the Joker and the nightmarish cast of villains.
From the violent thugs to the schemers, this is the den of danger. Make sure you know how to use all of the gadgets of your suit.
The
Collector's Editions are still available, watch out for the Batarang sculpture that comes within the box. With sharp edges and corners, this item is a reminder of the danger you are about to jump into.
Are you ready?

Samus, the heroine of
Metroid Prime is showing you her suits as well, and all the powerful things you can do with them.
Run through her trilogy of adventures with one go. Graphics are updated and the gameplay are even more exciting. Grab your Wii remote control and Nunchaku and dash through the sci-fi realm.

A little tired perhaps? Let's switch on to some brain excercises. Here is the second installment of the Professor Layton trilogy. Solve puzzles and a murder in
The Diabolical Box. Accept Layton's advice, engage in more brain twisters in
Sloane to MacHale 2 to sharpen your analytical skills.

It's time to go back to school, but instead of the usual classes, join and alchemy class in
Mana Khemia 2. Create items, defeat monsters and make friends. Whether you recieve your happy ending depends on your relationships with these characters and of course, your ability to conquer the devils from your past.
Be sure to learn to farm as well in
Harvest Moon Frantic Farming. Instead of farming for vegetables, you are to clear the land of the vegetables' invasion. With lots of mini games and a fun story, the farming adventure is suitable for the whole family.

Swing to the music while you work, or make the music your career.
In Guitar Hero 5, you get new songs, new jams and perhaps new friends, even. Use the Party Play Mode and call in your own group. Don't worry about being a kill joy even if you have to quit suddenly as the game allows you to join in and drop out seamlessly.

Some adventure games for those who knows Japanese, or intend to learn. The 40/40 Famitsu rated crime/thriller,
428 Fuusasareta Shibuya is ported to the PlayStation3.
Love Plus is one of the most realistic dating games which makes you feel your affections for the girls growing daily.

Last but not least, join the war effort and take part in the formation of the Gundam History. In this
Gundam Senki, you are to pit your mobile suits against the Earth Federation or the Zion Republic and finish off the bits and pieces of war. Engaging story line and intriguing characters, this is a space opera you cannot miss.
