Welcome to our usual Thursday update, our news post dedicated to all new video game & toy related Japanese & Asian releases that were published during the last 7 days. Almost 40 titles were published in this week, among them a large number of PlayStation2™ as well as Gameboy Advance™ budget price reprints.

PlayStation2™ highlights in this week include Jaleco's Highway Police Unit -World Super Police- and a number of best version titles such as Naruto: Narutimett Hero 2, Pop'n Music 7, Pop'n Music 8 and many more.

The hottest handheld release in this week has been Capcom's Scratch! Viewtiful Joe (Nintendo DS™), followed by a number of Konami the Best Gameboy Advance™ games (Castlevania: Circle of the Moon, Harmony of Dissonance, Aria of Sorrow as well as Contra: Hard Spirits, Gradius Generation & more).

The most intersting toys in this week have been the low priced Touch! Made in Wario Phone Strap Gashapon, Nintendogs Garden Collection and others.

As an outlook for next week, around 20 new titles are scheduled for release in Japan.

The biggest highlight is expected to be Capcom's Hong Kong exclusive BioHazard 4 (English language version w/ torch & guidebook), followed by Spike's Shinobido Imashime for PlayStation2™.

For Nintendo™ platforms, we will have Harvest Moon: Poem of Happiness for World and Mario Party 7 (Gamecube™) as well as Otona no DS Golf and Table Game Spirits (Nintendo DS™).
