Shipping today: G.Rev's Under Defeat for Dreamcast™, Ace Combat Zero: The Belkan War, Shin Sangoku Musou 4 Empires, Cooking Mama, Ryu ga Gotoku - Prologue, Tales of the Abyss OST & much more

2 1/2 years after their latest home console release "Border Down"; G.Rev once more fulfills dreams of all Dreamcast™ and shooting game fans, with a port of their popular Naomi based shooter Under Defeat.

Reminding us a bit about Psikyo's Zero Gunner 2, Under Defeat is a military vertical scrolling shooting game adhering to a realistic screen expression and a simple operation. Graphics are combining a classical 2D game play with 3D background elements and lots of small details. The game is played with 8 direction and 2 action buttons (shoot & bomb).

Additions to the Dreamcast™ version include a variety of setup options, including several display modes and an arrange BGM mode. A practice mode has been included, in which a stage can be chosen freely and replays be saved. The saved replay can be seen from different viewpoints to study and improve one's skills. The Dreamcast™ port further contains a Gallery Mode with lots of pictures, artworks and more.

One month after Milestone's Radilgy comes another great Dreamcast™ shooter. Don't miss out G.Rev's Under Defeat, shipping today as Regular Version (US$ 59.90) as well as Limited Edition (US$ 79.90). The Limited Edition ships in a DVD type case (just like Sega's Cosmic Smash) and contains a bonus soundtrack CD. Each preorder that will be dispatched today further includes a special sticker as preorder gift. The sticker will also be bundled with new orders as long as supplies last.

The Segadirect Editions of this shooter are expected to arrive this Friday. All Segadirect Editions are guaranteed to include today's preorder gift as well as the Segadirect exclusive B4 size poster (which is NOT included with today's regular Limited Edition). Also make sure to check out the Under Defeat -Sound Tracks-, published by the independent label Sweep Record and in stock at US$ 19.90 only. It contains tracks that are not found on the soundtrack disc that comes with the Limited Edition of the game.
