The 10th anniversary of "Gran Turismo" has arrived, defining a new standard for racing games.
10 years have passed since "Gran Turismo" was first created in 1997. This has set the theme for the development of "Gran Turismo 5 Prologue". This title takes the fundamental elements that make up a racing - modeling, physics simulation, and AI - to a new dimension. 16 cars racing, in full definition 1080p HD, at 60fps. This is the new standard for racing games.
The evolution of the fundamental elements was turned into reality bu the PLAYSTATION�3. With the creation of this new standard, this title is the prologue to the continued popularity of the "Gran Turismo" series throughout the globe for the next 10 years.
A first shipment of
Gran Turismo 5 Prologue for PlayStation3� has arrived today, clearning early preorders. More supply is expected to arrive tomorrow as well as on Friday, shipping at US$ 49.90 only.

Shikigami No Shiro III (aka. Castle Shikigami III) is an arcade shooting game developed by Alfa System and originally released on the Type X arcade board. Shikigami no Shiro III resembles past entries of the character driven scrolling shooter series, with its vertical display and anime cut-ins. This time around, players select from 10 warriors whom they directly navigate. The game includes five stages of blasting action, each cumulating in a major boss fight.
New for the home versions is a Dramatic Change Mode, where you can change between two characters on the fly. As a result of this new mode, you can now enjoy the two-player exclusive scenarios from the arcade version even when playing by yourself. The home version also includes a gallery mode.
Published by Arc System Works, Shikigami No Shiro III is now available as NTSC/J encoded release versions for
Xbox360� and
Nintendo Wii�. The game has also been released earlier last year
for PC.
