Tokyo Game Show 2007: Rumble, Booth-babes and not much news - Play-Asia’s TGS impressions (with a lot of pictures)

If you've been a Play-Asia customer for some time, you might be waiting for our annual impressions from Asia's largest game event, the Tokyo Game Show. As we have done for previously, we try out best to bring to those of our customers who had no chance to fly to Tokyo. A colorful impression of the event. Please check out our massive gallery

The show did not have much news; Sony's upcoming Dual Shock 3 controller was one of the rare headlines. Being released in Japan this November, with American and European releases to follow in spring 2008, the new Dual Shock will combine the Sixaxis-functionality with the good old rumble. This is good news for all fans of action games. As always, Nintendo did not have its own exhibit at the TGS, but they were still ubiquitous, as it seems every company is developing for the Wii. Seeing the large amount of upcoming Wii games, we wonder who will buy and play all of them.

Other attractions include Sony's army of cloned Play-Station girls, playable Metal Slug 7 DS and Metal Gear Solid 4, as well as lots of other funny games for the handhelds.
