Precisely 8 weeks prior the official launch in Japan, Nintendo has finally revealed details of Nintendo DS™ launch titles. A total of 12 games have been announced to ship on December 2nd, 2004; 5 games published by Nintendo of Japan itself as well as another 7 games by third party developers.

We have started taking preorders for all 12 titles, as well as another game published 3 weeks later (on December 24th). As expected by us, pricing has been confirmed to remain comparable to standard Gameboy Advance™ games at the usual Y4,800 price tag, which is reflected at US$ 48.90 at Play-Asia.com.

Unfortunately Nintendo's reworked official Nintendo DS™ website appears to be a bit busy at the moment, so information on most titles is a bit limited, however we will post more detailed information as well as the remaining announced titles that are still listed without confirmed release date in the next few days.
