Excellent
I bought this game thinking it would be something good for my girlfriend to play. We both ended up addicted to it for days trying to finish it.
Although you don\'t need to collect ALL 30 pieces to successfully complete the game, if you want to see the special last level and final boss you will have to get 29 pieces and have at least a day or 2 spare to do it. Timing, pace, and strategy are important in this game.
Recommended to anyone.

Great Game
Pikmin is a fun little game, simple to get the hang of, and requiring little Japanese ability to enjoy. The basic story is a little alien man named Captain Olimar crashes on Earth, where he must find the pieces he needs to fix his spaceship within 30 days or else he will die. To help him are the Pikmin, little flower creatures that enjoy violence, who go to war under Olimar\'s command, and which are essential in the recovery of all the parts.
The game is very cute, and anyone can enjoy it. A great new approach to puzzle games. You will not only need your wits about you to find ways to reach the pieces, you will also need to master time management, sometimes having one group of Pikmin building a bridge or smashing down a barricade while another group carries a piece home, and yet another group runs clean up killing all the monsters blocking your path to the next piece.
