Redemption Instructions:
1. This card may be redeemed using the PlayStation®Store on the PS4 system, PS3, PS Vita, PSP® series (PSP-1000, PSP-2000, PSP-3000) the PSP®go (PSP-N1000) systems or PC.
2. Open an account of the PlayStation®Network (or use an existing account)
3. From the PlayStation®Network icon on the XMB, select 'PlayStation®Store' (not applicable on the PC).
4. Click 'Redeem Codes' icon located in the upper right of the screen.

Finally...

Finally I was able to get the Resident Evil 5 DLC for my Region 3 disc...:) (though I just wish the digital send by mail option had opened 2 days earlier; had to wait for normal mail to arrive)

i bought this card for my asian psn account to download some dlc's and i am so happy that play-asia was so fast to email me the code for it. im a very satisfied customer. i will surely order again :)

The code worked as expected and I was able to buy DLC from Sony's japanese marketplace. I was also told I could have my code delivered via e-mail which saved me a little money and took almost no time at all to get here.
