Very good, but could improve
Excelent build quality, dual thumb sticks are awesome, buttons are great too.
Battery life is 4 hours of gameplay (average).
The operating system shows potential, although I prefer the more minimalistic approach of xmb, I really don't like those giant bubbles... Customization please!
The biggest bummer for ...

description

Vita means life. The PSP Vita blurs the line between entertainment and real life. The newest portable console from Sony comprises everything gamers, music lovers and photo fanatics want. The 16:9 screen shows 16 million colors and supports a touch screen, at the rear, there is another touch pad. Your every move counts, the six axis motion sensing system and the three axis-electronic compass push portable gaming to a new dimension. Cameras are installed in the front and in the rear, they can take videos at 120fps at QVGA and 60 fps at VGA. The picture resolution can go up to 640 x 480. The console also connects gamers together in a new way, gamers can talk to others with the in-built microphone, and the Nair feature allows gamers to find out what game the stranger in the bus is playing and what is hot right now.

Disclaimer warranty: All consoles & portable game system's operating systems / system firmware are excluded from warranty, we recommend customer to update their system's firemware to the most recent one to avoid issue.

The biggest bummer for me is that there's no memory card bundled with the system, a lot of people will be pissed off when they open their vita for the first time just to learn that sweet uncharted won't play unless a memory card in present...
Graphical qualitity is pretty close to ps3, which is really saying something when you consider that this is launch titles.
That's what it's aimed for, core gaming, of course there are a bunch of touch and tilt stuff thrown in there but don't fool yourself this isn't made for playing angry birds or fruit slashin.
Go buy one, now!!!

THE handheld to beat
It's everything everyone thought it would be and more. The touch screen is intuitive, as responsive (or even smoother) than iOS'. Installing apps, transfering files to PC or PS3, etc is silky smooth and hassle-free. Inserting game cards are as simple as inserting a Memory Stick Pro Duo on a PSP. The buttons are smaller than PSP, but the analog sticks are slick & sexy. The only setback is the 3G, currently it's locked to docomo. But I'm pretty sure in the future there will be a firmware that can unlock it for other operators.

If you want the definitive handheld that can keep you entertained to no end, then look no further. This one brought the technology & titles that can satisfy any gamer or gadget freaks
