a great series
many people don't know is that this game is part of a series of RPGs . and this one is a remake of the Super Famicom version. a great game, but it becomes old very quick

This is NOT Unlimited SaGa!
The problem with the SaGa games is that their complex and unorthodox mechanics are often insufficiently explained. That's why you probably do the first playthrough with a lot of question marks in your head.
Just keep playing even if you don't grasp why something is happening.
With a hot blooded soundtrack and awesome action packed battles you have a lot of fun with one the best PS2 RPGs of it's era!

Excellent But Underated Game
8 Starting Characters, each with their own story, characters have their own skills.. can team up with multiple characters, graphics are good for the ps2, the battle system has great music, very fun
sure at times it feels like you dont have much direction, but its easy to figure out where your going
game also has a class system, where you can use gems to level up to train in a specific skill, like castle guard
can use magic.. buy magic.. buy skills like jumping.. finding chests
sprites may not be amazing (character models) but over all despite the games many flaws, its very fun and a worth while buy.. that and you can play multiple storys by using different characters
A+ Game
