Great RTS Roman of Three Kingdom Game
Ever wanted to take the RoTK warfares from the boring turn based battle to another level (but not too much to the pure action level)? This game is your dream come true. Sangokushi Taisen takes the story of RoTK, collectible card battle games and adds on new twists.
The gameplay is simple, you have some cards (they are your generals with various stats, army type, special effects/attributes and a deployment value) and you move them around on the battle field to direct the movements of the armies. Everything unfolds in real time and strategies are essential to the outcome of the battle as you try to lure your enemy into your traps or having your calvary charging the unexpecting army from the side or rear. the battles are 99 seconds long, and your goal is to penetrate the city wall of your opposition. Even thought the battles might feel short, but they are exciting and satisfying.
After each battle you will gain more cards in either equipment (equipped to respective general card to gain status/effect boosts), items (to boost your special plot effectiveness) or general cards (unlocking more usable characters). with 300+ cards to collect and fun quick burst of fierce, real time strategic battles, this game is great! especially with the reduced price.
The game offers online wi-fi battles, and LAN multiplyer, so if you are into RTS games or a fan of RoTK and could read some Japanese this game is a great buy (if you can\'t read Japanese there are online translations with cards and effects to help you out so just some slight steeper learning curve for ya).
