description

Shanghai is the most popular Japanese board game, just as Mahjong is in China.

The goal of the game is to remove all tiles from the screen. The rules are that you can only remove tiles by matching two that are the same, and they must not be blocked from sliding to the left or right. You can only remove a tile if it does not have a tile on top of it, and it has a space free either to the left or right of it.

Fun, but not real mahjong.
Tile matching Shanghai is fun for a while, but it gets boring after a few hours. Instead, you should try REAL 4 player Japanese mahjong, not that is much more fun, not just matching pairs, game of skill and luck.
