Shining Tears tells the tale of a young man who has lost his memory and finds himself caught in a war he does not understand. The city he lives in is under siege, and the reason, he is told, revolves around two magical rings of power. In a journey of discovery, the boy and his friends soon realize the terrifying truth about the world they live in. Along the way, they fortify themselves with ever more powerful weaponry, spells, and a rotating cast of allies. The game is a spiritual successor to "Shining in the Darkness" (Genesis) and the "Shining Force" trilogy (Genesis, Saturn). Whereas those classics offered first-person role-playing and strategy role-playing experiences (respectively), Shining Tears is an action role-playing game, featuring real-time battles and cooperative multiplayer game options.夢幻大陸エンディアス、そこは多彩な種族が共存共栄する異世界。この大陸に存在する城塞都市･シルディアが 『シャイニング･ティアーズ』 の舞台です。“1つの街を守るために戦う” という特徴的な舞台設定とパートナーをも操作可能な戦闘システムの下、主人公シオンはパートナーの選択次第で変化していきます。繊細で魅力的なキャラクターは、実力派イラストレーターTony氏が担当。

not too bad
This game is quite similar to Shining Soul + Shining force (Sega & Saturn) except the graphic is better and you\'re controlling two characters during the battle. Not a bad game for Shining game lover!
