Stellar Assault looks stunning. The entire game is presented in widescreen, although it looks a bit odd on a normal TV. Another really nice feature is the interlaced mode. This gives the game a much sharper look. Polygon models are extremely solid looking with no break up or polygons sticking through other polygons.
Audio wise the game is filled with really nice laser effects and thruster sounds from your ship. Loads of speech from your co-pilots also accompany the action.
Plus, the gameplay is absolutely incredible. Controls are smooth and accurate. The cockpit view will fits you best, because the controls are a little bit loose outside the ship.
The price tag can be a little bit high (this game is rare), but pick it up if you can afford it. It's worth it!
