2016 marks the Super Robot Wars series' 25th Anniversary, and it is clear that Bandai Namco are celebrating with the ultimate present for import fans — an English release for the PS4! Make sure you save some of that excitement, because we have even more 25th Anniversary projects to look forward to later on in the year!
As the first Super Robot Wars title to make its way to the PS4 the game promises battle scenes and animations with beautiful graphics, as well as the series' highest sense of immersion yet. And if the development team are to be believed the special moves and new mecha should be a spectacular site to see!
The strategy battle game where players can put together teams of two robots will now allow players to choose from two story paths as well — one that follows Touya (easier) and the other with Calvina (from Super Robot Wars J). Super Robot Wars OG: The Moon Dwellers has also introduced the option to start in 'Beginner Mode' with a 'Guidance Scenario' system that makes it easier for new players of the series to enjoy the game fully, as more funds and upgrade parts will be made available to them.

A bumpy but beautiful road
The fact that we have this gamn (And at some point SRW V) in English is honestly a marvel. With the sales of this game I hope this will open Namco Bandai's eyes to how popular mecha is getting to be in the west. The only problems I have with this game IS the sloppy translation. Some of the characters have for flat and grammatically strange line, as well as translating one word three different ways. I hope with this new wave of English Super Robot Wars will get better with the release of V, and I hope there are some native Eng speakers in Asia that could help translate. They only had one guy working on this and he clearly needs some help.

Too bad i miss the limited edition😢
Before i have been warry if the english translation would be disastrous. However, once i played this game, it is proven to be fantastic. Too bad that i miss the limited edition one and need to settle with the regular edition one.
I love really love this game and definitely will be buying super robot wars v for this. Thank yoi Banpresto, Namco Bandai, Terada and Play-Asia for this wonderful game and reminding me on how super robot taisen fan i have always been.
