Item Description
Mr Tsui (Fung Shui Fan) is a social worker specializing in patients with mental disorder. One day Tsui successfully pacifies a psycho Doggie (Tony Leung) who is behaving lunatic at street market. A columnist Miss Lau (Deannie Yip) accidentally watches the whole process. It attracts Lau to take psychiatry as her new topic. Then, Lau partners with Tsui for work in order to gather information.
