Tokyo Bus Guide 2 allows you be become the bus driver you have always wanted to be when you were young, a dream come true type of game.
There is an exceptionally long list of things to do as a driver to ensure the safe ferrying of passengers to their destinations. You will need to open the door for passengers, listen to the radio communication, set directional indicator and more. One of the key principles of the game is the requirement to obey all traffic safety regulations and to send passengers to their destination on time. With the strong support of the Tokyo Traffic Department, all types of buses are present in their original form and all roads are actual roads that exist in reality! We welcome you to come and enjoy a ride of the public bus!
There are 18 routes for gamers to choose from, including to and from routes with morning, afternoon and night scenes. The actual routes that are being used are "Return Route No. 96", "Morning Route No. 81", "Up Route No. 23", etc. Each bus stop also looks similar to the actual one.
2 modes of game play are available: Drivers Mode and Isho Mode. In the Drivers Mode, gamers can choose from 3 main routes to drive on. In addition, if you are unfamiliar with the Tokyo traffic safety regulations, you can practice step by step how to drive a public bus; there are 12 types of practice to select from. In the Isho Mode, you can challenge 20 different topics, from S reverse to spot parking and more. In addition, you can also challenge against time by driving the loop bus service.

本作是一部可以讓您成為兒時憧憬的公車司機，有如夢幻一般的遊戲！身為一個駕駛員想要安全地載送乘客，所要做的事可是出乎意料地多，你必需留意開關車門、播放廣播、打方向燈等小細節。而遊戲最大原則也就在此，必需要遵守交通安全規則，並將乘客準時定點地送達目的地。透過日本東京交通局大力的協助，將都營公車完全真實地呈現，而且您可以運行的路線，也全都是實際存在的喔！請您盡情享受駕乘公車的旅程吧！
包含來回往返路線以及早中晚時間變化，總計有18條路線可供玩者您自由選擇。而實際使用的公車路線有「反96號線」、「早81號線」、「上23號線」等。其中各路線的停靠車站，也幾乎和實際運行的路線相同，而三線路的其主要車站如下所示。玩者您是否有發現熟悉的地名呢？
反96號線：五反町車站→品川車站→麻布十番車站→赤羽橋車站
早81號線：早大正門→東京女子醫大→國立代代木競技場→涉谷車站西口
上23號線：上野車站→淺草雷門→中平井→平井車站
在遊戲中主要有「駕駛模式」、「挑戰模式」等兩個模式。而在「駕駛模式」裡，玩者您可以選擇三條主要路線自由遊玩。此外，若玩者您不熟悉日本交通安全法，還有可以從頭開始一步一步地學習如何駕駛公車的12種練習選單呢。而在「挑戰模式」裡，您則可以一一挑戰20種不同的高難度課題，例如：S字倒車入庫、定點停車等。此外，還有駕乘回送公車，並計算時間的競時模式喔！
