Item Description
After a brutal storm destroys the boat she was traveling on, a frightened young woman is left washed ashore on an unknown beach. On her own but not alone she has only one goal, to survive. The Ultimate Tomb Raider experience in a great collector's edition
As a long time fan of Tomb Raider since the original PS1 version, I've been pretty down in the dumps when it comes to Lara's previous games. Guardian of Light is good and all, but definitely not the true successor of the series. But this, this is different.
So much better in every aspect, the mood, the storytelling, the characterization, the blood, sweat & tears that Lara shed to be the tough as nails Raider we all know & love. The European Collector's Edition is so worth it compared to the American one because of the tin itself. The embossed logo, the finish, even the texture only rust looks pretty realistic. The contents? The statue & art book is worth the price of admission; high quality & satisfying.
Highly recommended for long time fans of Tomb Raider and action game fans alike. If you love Assassin's Creed or Uncharted, then go grab this game, especially this Collector's Edition, pronto! It's worth every penny.
