Very awesome product.
I decided to get this over the XCM XFPS because you do not need a computer to map controls. It's simple, and easy to use, durable, nice looking, very wide KB/mouse support, and the instructions are very thorough.
My only complaint so far is mouse sensitivity isn't perfect. There seems to be a slight latency issue but it's almost unnoticeable. Actually, I found myself fighting the console FPS aim assist more than worrying about latency.

Great product
Chose this over the eagle eye due to the support for the XBox360 wired headset, and no regrets!
