If you are familiar with Xenogears Arrange Version Creid, why not let others know?

Bought this as soon as I saw it on Play-Asia. If you love the sound of multiple instruments coming together in ecstatic harmony, you will love this. Yasunori Mitsuda is an amazing composer so pretty much anything he works on is worth listening to. I'd also recommend the Original Soundtrack where all the xenogears songs were orchestrated with real instruments; there's a couple acapella tracks as well.

It's Yasunori Mitsuda.
You can always expect any albums touched by this guy to at least have a memorable song or two, or maybe the whole album.

And this one's easily one of his memorable albums.

This album is a mixture of various genres.
There's folk (LAHAN), there's J-Pop (メビウス a.k.a. MEBIUS), and there's a bit of Darkwave (MELKABA, CREID).
There's even Folk x J-Pop (光の階段 a.k.a Stairs of Light), so maybe it's a J-Folk? =b

Extra emotional moments are available from this album if you've actually played the PSOne game, Xenogears.
The OST of that game is already exceptional, and this album re-arranged the few select memorable BGMs to enhance them to be 2~5 times more engaging.

Anyway, I'm glad Squeenix decided to re-release this album.
To be honest, I've heard this album years before, way back then when MP3 started gaining traction on *ahem*music piracy*ahem*.

And now this album has been my impulsive buy when I browsed around Play-Asia's music section.
This album is just that good, and worth that much respect & support; get the real thing here, peeps.
