100 Masters of Bishojo Painting

This book brings together the artwork of 100 artists on the topic of 'Beautiful Girls'. To date this is the best manga book ever on this topic. Two pages are devoted to each artist who use up-to-date digital painting techniques. While many similar volumes on the subject of girls tend to be sleazy and provocative this book mostly keeps away from this and focuses on beauty and complimentary scenes. Some pictures could have been sized bigger to provide more detail and the book's dimensions are slightly smaller than I would have liked. Dimensions siilar to the Robot and Apple anthologies would have been much more suited to showcasing this art. This notable point however doesn't detract too greatly from the content and this is a *must buy* for serious and casual manga collectors alike. The quality of artwork is high to super-high. Highly recommended!
