A long weekend: 1st and 2nd October are national Holidays in Hong Kong, We'll see you all on Wednesday 3rd October!

Dear Customers,

The Mid-Autumn festival and National Day fall on 1st and 2nd October respectively, so people in Hong Kong are going to enjoy a long weekend.

The first holiday to come is Mid-Autumn festival. Everyone will be busy having dinner with their families, eating moon cakes and admiring the roundness of the moon. The authorities usually set the day after the festival as a national holiday. This year, Mid-Autumn festival falls on Saturday 29th September, so Monday 1st October is supposed to be set as the additional holiday.

However, 1st October is the National Day, so we'll have 2nd October as another additional holiday. China is celebrating its 63rd Anniversary, and there will be firework displays and parades. So everyone will stay up late into the night and feel thankful for the extra day to sleep in.

Everyone will be back on Wednesday 3rd October. We wish everyone a wonderful weekend and that the moon is just as round and brilliant in your part of the world.
