Worth it for AOF3
AOF3 is still a really nice looking and fun fighter, while AOF1 and 2 are brutal for single player there is enough fun here to last a few nights with friends who want a trip back to the early 90s without paying in quarters and having to deal with germs on a stick.

It is hard to believe the neo geo lasted so long and was able to pump out so many great looking titles, it really was king of the 16 bit/arcade era for what it did.

Art of Fighting/Ryuuko No Ken, the pioneer of modern fighters
From AOF 1 to AOF 3, you get unadulterated quality.

The games that were Street Fighter 2\'s biggest competition in the arcades, and also the series that influenced modern fighting games the most, this collection is invaluable for those that yearn for great days past and those wanted to see what they had missed in the beginning.

Mostly of the gameplay elements and properties you encounter in modern games were first introduced in the Art of Fighting series and deserves much respect plus the fact that the games were produced by ex-Capcom Street Figthter 2 producer.

Any 2D fighter fan needs this PS2 pack in their collection.

The only downfall is the games are directly emulated so not really anything *new* is added other than arranged soundtracks and color edit BUT you do get arcade perfect ports of these classic games. ^_^
