Average Game
The story is continuing from previous titles and its only average.

Graphics is good which is the only redeeming point.

Battles are much easier compared to previous titles. You get an additional hook blade which allows you to climb faster. Gameplay is boring and not very interesting. Challenges are very difficult.

Get this game if you need to know how the story reveals and ends for the fourth title.

Never fail to impress
Ubisoft did another superb job in bringing out Assassin Creed series. Same character, awesome fun!

A worthwhile sequel
In Assassin's Creed Revelations, you reprise a role of Desmond in coma, previous event in Brotherhood. He need to fix his mind by revealing everything his ancestors know.

By doing that, you can be Ezio Auditore da Firenze in his 50s with enhanced skills. Gameplay are mostly the same as before but there are new things too such as hookblade.

Den Defense is one of them. Critics may not like it but I find it interesting. It's not too easy or too hard. If you really like tower defense you won't be dissappoint.

The control for battle changes a bit. There are buttons for primary weapon and secondary weapon. Not the same button anymore.

Story in Revelations is a critical moment in Assassin's Creed universe. Not only Ezio, you'll know more about Altair Ibn-La'Ahad, the protagonist in the first Assassin's Creed. There may no have many missions for him but all 6 missions are enjoyable but too short. But you'll care for him.

Graphic improves a lot. You'll find a big difference between Brotherhood and Revelations. Character's facial expressions and lip-sync are well done. Ezio and Altair also have their own faces, not Desmond's anymore.

Bombs have more important role in Revelations. There are many types of bombs. They can help you get out of a pinch.

Constantinopoli/Constantinople is a very beautiful big city. You may not want to go back to Rome anymore and if you love Damascus or Jerusalem then you'll love Constantinople even more.

Sound effect and voice acting are better than before too.

And one last thing, the 100% sync comes back.
From do not be detected to don't take any damages.
It's a bit frustrating at first but if you look closer, you'll find the way for complete 100% sync for sure.

The only downside I don't like is that there is no more assassin's contract. Side missions become help other factions and train you assassin recruits. There is not much of that. There are city events too but it's just a short fistfight or delivery missions for money and items.

There's multiplayer too, with a story of its own. I haven't played multiplayer that much so I'll skip reviewing that.

If you are really a fan of Assassin's Creed then you have to play this. Just a Singleplayer story mode can draws you in for many many hours. This fantastic sequel is a bust-buy.

An interesting mix.
Like Constantinople, where the game is set, AC Revelations is a mixing pot of lots of different elements that comes together as something uniquely interesting.

A blend of the classic freerunning, stealth, & combat the series is known for, hidden tombs to explore, the mediterranean defense minigame which expands upon the assassin brotherhood mechanic from the last game, assassin den style tower defence, first-person puzzle Desmond memory sequences, and a further developed multiplayer.

Graphically this game looks as good as past iterations in the series, there aren't that many improvements to be seen, but there are moments which take inspiration from other recent games, and try to deliver a more cinematic feel to the gameplay.

This is the last game to star Ezio, however, the eponymous 'revelations', are for Altair, as you play through memories of his life. As for Desmond's story, there are plenty of threads still left hanging.

If you've enjoyed the other games in the series, and are looking for more of the same, this game will not disappoint.
