description

What are you supposed to think about a game that stars a big, goofy honey bear named Banjo who wears tight yellow shorts and carries around a raucous, red-crested breegull in his bright blue backpack? Sounds like a puzzling combination, right? Amazingly, the creative and kooky folks at Rare made all the pieces fit in Banjo-Kazooie, Rare's 3D prequel to Banjo-Tooie.

Great game, not as good as Donkey Kong 64
I will be honest, I love this game all the way up until the water stage. Then, I hand the controller to someone else, once they beat the water stage, I resume the game. I am not talking about the beach stage, I am talking about the one that is the underwater and dark stage.

The control is solid. The graphics are pretty good and the game involving collecting puzzle pieces to fill the picture to the next stage like in Super Mario 64 was an interesting idea.

This game is definitely an A+ game to have in you N64 library.
