十年人事幾番新，但凱文的飛髮舖仍然屹立不倒。凱文 (艾士奇治 飾)、艾迪 (史域 飾)同一班老伙計都依然齊齊整整！但...門庭依舊，已經物是人非！髮達屋也開始接待女賓了，另一方面，黑社會大量滲入，和諧社區一下子變得烏煙瘴氣乞人 憎！於是凱文決定同班伙計團結一致，務要「保育」社區面貌，拯救鄰居與飛髮舖脫離苦海！
It's been over 10 years since our last appointment at Calvin's Barbershop. Calvin (Ice Cube) and his crew, including Eddie (Cedric the Entertainer), are still there, but things have changed. Ladies are now welcome at the shop, but the community has taken a turn for the worse, forcing Calvin and his crew to come together to save the shop, and their neighborhood.
