description

Set approximately 10 years after the events of the original BioShock, the halls of Rapture once again echo with sins of the past. Along the Atlantic coastline, a monster has been snatching little girls and bringing them back to the undersea city of Rapture. You are the very first Big Daddy as you travel through the decrepit and beautiful fallen city, chasing an unseen foe in search of answers and your own survival.

Multiplayer in BioShock 2 provides a rich prequel experience that expands the award winning BioShock gameplay. Set during the fall of Rapture, players assume the role of a Plasmid test subject in the underwater city that was first explored in the original BioShock. Players will need to use all the elements of the game’s toolset to survive as the full depth of the BioShock experience is refined and transformed into a unique multiplayer experience that can only be found in Rapture.

Bioshock 2 (Special Edition)
For a newbie in first person shooter games, I find this fun. The graphic and style is beautiful; the story line is great. It's awesome that there's a vinyl included in the special edition, so does the CD that looked like one; the art book is well made, beautifully designed with comments from the staffs.

As for the product I received, there are several sticker tags being torn. (None of them damaged the product itself.) Not to mention from a YouTube un-boxing video I watched, the protective wrapping paper for three of the poster went missing, replaced with a rubber ring setting the posters. There is also two oily stains on the cover of the book, which is not visible without tilting the book with light source.

I will be lightly reviewing the Special Edition's goodies instead and not by the game itself.

Perhaps the most valuable asset in the Special Edition is the concept art book Deco Devolution as it interests me with lots of conceptual artworks and 3D renders as well as the storyboard/cinematic exposure. It's interesting to me learn how they break down these shots to composite.
You will find lots of pictures in the book and it could potentially spoil your game if you have not started already.

If you have a record player, you will be delighted to discover that the bundle comes with a vinyl record that is playable, featuring the official Bioshock 1 score by Gary Schyman. Off course, you will also find the official Bioshock 2 soundtrack along with it - Sounds From The Lighthouse.

There is also a set of 3 lithographs that is frame-able featuring quality prints.

And finally... the game itself, with its shiny reflective cover. Pew pew!!
