The New Tournament in Dissidia: Final Fantasy NT

Team Ninja will release the sequel to Dissidia Final Fantasy and Dissidia 012 Final Fantasy for PlayStation 4. Japan will have an early release of the game on January 11, 2018. Meanwhile, the worldwide release is on January 30, 2018. This game is now available for pre-orders.

Final Fantasy is one of the most influential game franchise history. I know a lot of Final Fantasy fans are waiting for this arcade fighting game.

The characters are divided from Vanguard, Assassin, Marksman, Specialist and Summon. You can choose from the category that your favorite Final Fantasy character belongs. The arcade version has 14 characters including the original characters of the previous sequel of Dissidia. But keep the updates because the developers are targetting to release up to 50 characters.

You can battle to 3 vs 3 with your squad, online players around the world or within yourself. Battle in ten iconic battle arenas with a ton of weapons of your choice. You will gain XP in every battle you complete. The XP can be used to level up your Final Fantasy champion from skills to weapons to skins.

Just a random fact. According to the Japanese live stream reveal, “NT” means a lot either New Tale, New Trial and New Tournament.
